§ 1 Scope, definitions

1. For the business relationship between the company Citydent ("Citydent") and the customer (the "Customer") with your order, the following general terms and conditions in their at the time the order is placed. You can find them on http://www.citydent.eu/agbs/agb these any time and print the Web address with your Internet browser or save them on your computer.

§ 2 Offers, contract, performance and delivery obligations

The offers of Citydent are non-binding. Drawings, illustrations and other information on the quality of the goods or services are non-binding if these are not explicitly guaranteed.
Additional agreements are only effective if they are confirmed in writing.

§ 3 Delivery / Performance


The products you order, while stocks can be devivered within two business days and a maximum of one week. However, you must remember that when existing products are not in stock the delivery time can increase by a few weeks. Citydent is entitled to part payment / deliveries. Deliveries are not free. Cost of the delivery pays  the customer.

§ 4 Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made within 8 days after the invoice date.
Payment is to do by bank transfer.

§ 5 Retention of title

Until full payment the goods remain the property of Citydent. The retention of title upon full payment of the goods. The customer is not entitled to dispose of the goods or to sell them.

§ 6 Warranty

Citydent ensure a guarantee period of 1 year. The warranty does not cover the usual operational wear and normal wear and tear.

§ 7 Claims and money-back guarantee if not satisfied

Complaints relating to non-visible and visible defects are immediately and not longer than two weeks after delivery of the product report.
The customer has within two weeks the right to rescind the sale and recover his money.

§ 8 Returns

Citydent accepts returned goods only if they are returned by Citydent under certain conditions. The return of the goods shall be made in the original packaging. If this is not possible, the customer must ensure a package which excludes damage to the goods. For damage to the goods, which are due to inadequate packaging, the customer is liable.

§ 9 Limitation of Liability

Unless Citydent not liable under a guarantee undertaken, liability for damages is excluded.

§ 10 Privacy and confidentiality

All personal information collected from customers be kept confidential. The necessary for the transaction data is stored.

§ 11 Severability clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the conditions remain in effect each.
